Fast Insurance started back in 1967 by the Fast Family (Harry) in the basement of their St. Vital home in Winnipeg. The business grew and moved into its existing location at 1115 St. Mary’s Rd in 1974. Over the years Harry’s son Allan and his wife Janet took over running Fast Insurance.

In the spring of 2020, Ryan Martens and his business partner Josh King purchased Fast Insurance. The goal was simple, take the existing Fast legacy and continue to build off the success that Fast Insurance has had after all of these years.

Ryan and Josh have over 30 years of combined insurance experience and have a passion for providing their clients with the best service and policy available.

Since taking over the business in 2020, Ryan has been able to add several new insurance markets to Fast, giving our clients even more options when it comes to insuring their car, home, seasonal or business.

In the summer of 2022, Fast Insurance partnered with Shelley Mehling in Steinbach to open a local office in Steinbach, MB. The goal is to provide Southeastern Manitoba with a locally owned presence and a superior client experience.
